Welcome to Pink QR This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 ) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of Pink QR Platform www.pinkqr.com & www.pinkqr.online (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") The Platform is owned by Pink QR Technocloud Private Limited , having its registered office at Building at B58 Sector 64 Noida – Uttar Pradesh Your use of the Pink QR and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Pink QR including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. These terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Pink QR. For the purpose of these “Refund & Return Policy”, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on Platform by providing data while registering on the Platform as Registered User. The term "Pink QR","We","Us","Our" shall mean Pink QR Technocloud Private Limited and its affiliates.

Pink QR  is software company that helps businesses create their own online store and sell products online. Products sold from these stores are not owned by (www.pinkqr.com) We are just providing a technology solution to help set up an online store and sell products online on their subdomain E.g if a Shop name is “RaviBakery” then the business domain will be -ravibakery.pinkqr.com


RETURN/REFUND FOR END CUSTOMERS


You must have received order updates on your PinkQR account/ SMS which also includes the Seller contact details, as you must have purchased from the Seller QR/Portal We request you to call the seller directly from there and ask for a refund/return directly from the seller itself OR Issue a Ticket/Compliant via going into Order Details and Raise Ticket Option. 

If customer doesn’t receive any solution then they can call us at our helpline number or can email us at helpdesk@pinkqr.com. We will provide the resolution within 48 Hours or less.


FOR MERCHANTS


Merchants on rolled under a Plan will be billed for the same and will process the payment. Any Invoice raised & paid won’t be refunded as the services are consumed.
